How to take care of your favourite bag

Take care of your bag with a few simple moves: wipe it often with a soft, dry cloth and keep it away from plastics, dark leathers, grease, dirt, and rough surfaces.
If you get small scratches, you can gently reduce them—massage with a damp cloth for smooth or textured leather, or use a dry one for buffed or velvet leather. Always dry the bag afterward.

When you’re not wearing your TSB bag, store it in its dust bag and keep it away from sun, humidity, and heat sources. Don’t overfill it, and for deeper cleaning, we recommend professional cleaning services.

Warranty

In the unlikely event that your handbag requires repair within 12 months of purchase, we will arrange collection, cover the cost of the repair, and return it to your chosen address free of charge. We require proof of purchase confirming that your item was bought directly from our website. Please note that our repair policy applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Normal wear and tear of the leather is excluded from our guarantee, and we are unable to repair marks or stains. The natural softening of the bag’s shape over time is not considered a fault, as this occurs with regular use.

Repairs

Handles are among the most stressed and wear-prone parts. Thanks to our service, it is possible to repair leather bag handles using traditional techniques and high quality materials. The goal is to restore strength and comfort without altering the accessory’s original aesthetics.

Beyond handles, we also repair stitching, linings, zippers, buckles, and closures. Please note that all leather parts with a factory defect are replaced, not repaired, while signs of normal wear—such as scratches, faded edges, or abrasions—are not covered by warranty
