Shipments information
Europe: Free standard shipping over 140€ via GLS, or 3,99€ for the rest of the orders (4-5 business days). Return cost €5.
United States: Standard shipping 14,99$ via GLS (6-7 business days).
Return cost $12.
Canada: Standard shipping 16,99$ via GLS (6-7 business days).
Return cost $12.
Non EU countries (UK, Switzerland): Standard shipping 9,99€ via GLS Express (4-5 business days).
Return cost 15€.
Middle East countries: Standard shipping 18,99€ via GLS (7-8 business days). Return cost €35.
Asia: Standard shipping 19,99€ via GLS (7-8 business days). Return cost €35.
All taxes are included in the price and handled by TSB. For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties will be added at checkout and they are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that any customs duties paid at checkout are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.
All orders are shipped with tracked GLS shipping. Once your order has been picked up by a courier, you’ll receive a tracking number to your provided email address - please double check your email is correct before completing your order.
Additionally, depending on where you are located, you will be receiving update emails from our courier partners GLS Group.
Orders are fulfilled from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. are usually fulfilled the next day.
Orders placed after 12:30 p.m. on Friday will be fulfilled the following Monday.
Orders placed during holidays or sales periods might experience a slight delay but will be fulfilled in a timely manner.
Returns policy
At TSB, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase or need a different style, we offer a simple return process. If you have any specific requests regarding your return, don’t hesitate to contact us at business@tsbags.it
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. For orders placed during the summer or winter holiday periods, the return window is extended to 30 days.
Bags must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received: clean, unworn, and undamaged. Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return, and the refund may be refused.
Returns are free of charge only in the event of defective products or shipping errors attributable to TSB.
In all other cases, a €6.90 return fee will be deducted from the final refund amount. For example, if a bag costs €169, the refund issued will be €162.10.
Once we receive and verify your returned item(s) in our warehouse, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. You’ll receive a confirmation email when your refund is processed. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
