Madaline is one of TSB's signature designs: an essential, feminine, timeless silhouette created to accompany the women who carry it, every day. A design that doesn't need to change its shape to remain contemporary.

With the Archive Collection Project, we chose to evolve this icon without changing its identity.

The collection is built around a simple idea: giving new life to premium leather sourced from production surplus.
Exceptional materials that would otherwise remain unused simply because they are no longer available in large quantities.

Every leather is carefully selected for its character, texture, colour and unique personality. From these materials, we create small production runs—often consisting of a single piece.

No two bags will ever be exactly the same.

The natural grain, colour variations, finishes and textures are not imperfections—they are what make each creation unique. The same iconic design takes on a new identity every time, becoming an exclusive piece with its own story.

Madaline Archive is where design meets material research, craftsmanship meets conscious creation.
